Through a foundation of whole, clean foods, Chef Katie offers education, instruction, implementation, and support to fit your dietary and eating needs. Her emphasis is for food to not only be healthy, but to be delicious and satisfying.

Chef Katie has been working personally with diet-specific clients for over six years.   She has experience with Vegan, Vegetarian, No Fat, Diabetic-specific, Paleo, Body Ecology, GAPS, Clean Eating, Blood Type, and more.  She can tailor her skills to meet your needs, or offer her own programs designed for weight loss and living your best life.

Meals are designed for 2, or 4-6.  She also offers “clean and skinny”  meals designed for the individual that will get you on track to meet your weight loss goals. Chef Katie at Home

Chef Katie will plan, shop, and cook for you in your home.  Your fridge and/or freezer will be filled with delicious and nourishing foods to fit your diet needs.  $50/hour plus groceries

21 Day Clean Eating Premiere Program

Chef Katie will shop, plan, prepare, calculate, portion, package, and deliver ALL your food for 21 days.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks will be at your fingertips.  You won’t have to think about what, when, or how much to eat.  You will reach your weight loss and clean eating goals while feeling GREAT and enjoying delicious and satisfying food.  $975 plus groceries

What you get:

  • A free consultation to determine your goals, wants, likes, dislikes and eating needs.
  • Six delicious meals per day for 21 Days, packaged and labeled for easy eating, every three hours, to set you up for success.
  • Delivery to your home kitchen.
  • Tips and tricks to get you through the day, successfully eating to reach your goals.
  • Unlimited phone, text and email access to Chef Katie with questions, concerns, or strategies for motivation.
  • At the conclusion of the program, you will be left with a “blueprint” for going forward to continue to lose or maintain your success. Chef Katie will make an outline specifically for you to follow on a daily basis.

One Day Clean Eating Workshop

FB_IMG_1440776360985Chef Katie will shop, prepare, and calculate a plan to meet your goals.  She will come to your house for a 4 hour session armed with the plan and groceries.  With her expertise you will learn how to prepare your meals and snacks for the week, to set yourself up for achieving your goals.  Cost – $275 plus groceries.

What you get:

  • A free consultation to determine your goals, wants, likes, dislikes, and eating needs.
  • Assistance and instruction to implement your meals for the following week.
  • Tips and tricks to get you through the day, successfully eating to reach your goals.
  • Chef Katie will make an outline specifically for you to follow on a daily basis, and a “blueprint” for going forward.

Clean Eating Assistance Program

Through a foundation of her clean eating plan, Chef Katie will prepare and deliver vegetables, chicken, and flavors to help you create your own meals for the week. $100.

What you get:

  • Two large containers of prepped and blanched vegetables
  • Poached or grilled chicken breast to supplement your meals for the week.
  • Two jars of “flavor sauce.” Choose from Red Wine Vinegar, Rosemary, and Roasted Garlic, Asian, or Lemon and Herb.
